Objectives:

  1. Participants will learn about different supervision models and their relevance to supervision from the perspective of a supervisor and a supervisee
  2. Participants will engage in discussion concerning finding a supervisor, supervisor qualifications, and supervisor competence
  3. Participants will explore dual relationships, multicultural issues, and other relevant topics concerning supervision in a doctoral/master’s program  
  4. Participants will learn about the practical, conceptual, and systemic issues involved in supervising and being a supervisee
